The Yellow Tail Pinot Grigio Australian White Wine is an Italian grape sourced from the highest quality vineyards that grow in Australia’s warm climate, creating wines for not only great drinking but also great to add with food. The wine depicts typical characters of nashi pear, green apples and floral notes with a hint of pineapple and smells more like nashi pears, white peaches and granny smith apples. The wine is made in a very interesting way where the fruits are harvested in the cool of the night and transported to the winery where it is pressed and clarified. This flavour is concentrated but with enough acidity to keep the wine very lively. The alcohol content is about 11.85% This wine is best enjoyed with steamed dumplings.
