This wine is made by La Zerba, a family-owned winery since 1973. It was then that is was bought by Ida Cozzio and Livio Lorenzi. They’ve since pioneered organic production in the region, and the results have been spectacular – year after year, they produce wines of excellent quality that are often recommended by some of the world’s favourite wine publications. The wine is fermented at a low temperature to retain all those precious characteristics.
