Aged on lees for 24 months in French oak, the wine has a silky and rich texture joined by notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, leather, cigar box and spice. There’s no rush to crack it open as it will continue to develop well for another decade, but once you do you’ll find it’s a great match for steak..
