Domaine Bousquet ‘Cameleon’ Organic Malbec 2021, Mendoza. The Bousquet family were originally from the South of France – but a holiday to Argentina in 1990 was all it took for them to fall in love with Mendoza’s Tupungato Valley. Here, high in the foothills of the Andes, they create organic wines from top quality grapes. This Malbec is a case in point. It’s wonderfully expressive – aromas of dark cherry, violet and plum lead to rich flavours of blackberry and fig. Its velvety tannins match beautifully with rich red meat dishes. This 2021 vintage was awarded 95 points and a gold medal by the IWC..
