This vineyard extends from the Spanish border to Nîmes and covers all the controlled appellation areas of Languedoc-Roussillon. This family vineyard has been conducting sustainable pactises for more than 20 years. After moving to organic, they have implemented an agroforestry managment system with more than 4km of hedges inside the plot. Their objectives are to improve biodiversity as well as contributing to the generation of a microclimate and improving the quality of the soil. This Syrah rosé from the Domaine de la Massole is distinguished by a frank and aromatic nose of raspberry, strawberry and cherry. Harvested at night to benefit from the lowest temperatures, its deliciously light red fruit flavours would perfectly compliment scallops, fish appetisers and oysters..
