Hobart-born winemaker Penny Jones makes the most of the island’s unique layered terrains, sourcing grapes from different Tasmanian sub regions to create a bottling that is both complex and distinct. Warmer than average spring and summer conditions in the 2018 vintage have made for a wine with lifted fresh-cut strawberry, Morello cherry and spice notes. Lightly structured yet with balanced natural acidity and tannin, it will go great with crispy duck pancakes..
