Maschio ‘Extra Dry’ Spumante Pinot Grigio, delle Venezie DOC. Maschio ‘Extra Dry’ Spumante Pinot Grigio NV is a bright, lightly sparkling white from the delle Venezie DOC in northeast Italy. Made from predominantly Pinot Grigio with a small portion of other permitted white varieties, it’s crafted using only the free-run must from a gentle pressing of the grapes – preserving freshness and aroma. Second fermentation takes place in stainless steel autoclaves for around four weeks to preserve vibrancy. The result is a dry, crisp sparkling wine with notes of green apple, pear and citrus blossom. It’s delicate, refreshing and made for carefree moments. No oak or ageing – just fruit purity and clean fizz. Perfect for apéritifs, sushi, light starters or salted snacks..
