Drawing on Gascony’s rich winemaking heritage, this alcohol-free red is crafted with a blend of Merlot and Tannat grapes sourced from the vineyards of South West France. Combining tradition and modern innovation, it’s created at Le Chai Sobre, the first French centre dedicated to alcohol-free wine production, in partnership with the Gascony-based Vivadour cooperative. Using a gentle low-temperature distillation process, the wine’s structure and aromas are expertly preserved, resulting in expressive black-fruit and spice notes, complemented by a touch of vanilla.
