Romandiola Bianco 2023, Rimini. The vineyard here in the stunning Rimini in Romagnia grows on orange and grey clay soils and benefits from direct exposure to the adriatic sea. Here the growers have drastically reduced the use of chemicals in the vineyards compared to the traditional management and all the stages of vinegrowing and vintage are stricly followed to best ensure the very best balanced and ripe fruit. Terre Cevico is a wine cooperative founded in Emilia Romagna in 1963 by a group of Romagna winegrowers and cooperatives, with the goal of implementing a shared strategy for grape and wine production. The winemaker Enrico Salvatori has been working with Cevico since 2009, before which he had experience in California, South Africa and Bordeaux. This wine delivers deliciously light notes of golden apple, quince, macerated flowers and a zesty touch. It’s medium structured, with fresh acidity and a mineral finish.
